Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

When you visit our website, we may collect certain information automatically from your device.

Specifically, the information we collect automatically may include information like your IP addresses, internet domain names, the web browser and operating system used to access the website, the files or pages visited, the time spent in each file or page, and the time and date of each visit. We use this information to improve our website. We may also collect any personal data which you allow to be shared that is part of your public profile or third-party social network.

Some of this information may be collected using cookies and similar tracking technology, as explained further under the heading "Cookies" below.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third-party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request (for example, to qualify or enroll in a patient trial).

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about patient trials, product updates, company updates, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address given on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.

  • Have us delete any data we have about you.

  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website your information is protected both online and offline.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only staff who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, to qualify or enroll in a patient trial) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use “cookies” and similar tracking technologies (such as email pixels) on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve access to our site and identify repeat visitors. For instance, cookies allow you to remain logged into password-protected areas without re-entering your credentials, saving you time.

These technologies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance their experience. While some cookies are used for site functionality, others—like those used in our email newsletters—may be linked to personal information you have provided to us (such as your email address) to help us provide more relevant content.

Do Not Track Signals
Please note that because there is currently no consistent industry standard for "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals, our website does not currently change its practices in response to DNT browser settings. However, you can typically manage your cookie preferences through your individual browser settings.

Links & Linked Sites

This website contains links to and from other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information. In addition, if you linked to our website from a third-party website, we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of the owners and operators of that third-party website and recommend that you check the policy of that third-party website.

In the case of videos that are served through YouTube, those videos and use of the YouTube player for embedded videos are governed by both the YouTube Terms of Service (ToS) located at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and the Google Privacy Policy located at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy. No user information from the use of the YouTube embedded player to view videos served through YouTube is used or stored by Soliddd Corp. or any of the company's third-party partners.

Advising us that you wish to be added to our mailing list acts as opt-in informed consent (consent in this case is both explicit and implied) under CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL (or other geographically specific regulations) for Soliddd Corp. and our third-party partner to whom you have provided this consent to contact you via email.
